About the photographer
Behind the Lens.
Hi there! I’m Monique and I’m the principle photographer and owner of Pure Zero Photography. After having spent the last almost two decades traveling around the world, I relocated to the beautiful and magical Pacific Northwest. While this may be one of my favorite places to photograph, I am available worldwide.
My goal for all of my clients is to be transported back to the day that we spent together. Whether it be your engagement photos, your wedding photos, or anniversary photos, each milestone we capture together will be captured in its raw emotion and beauty.

The long conversation
We talk before anything is booked — about the day you actually want, not the one you think you’re supposed to have. It usually runs an hour. It usually goes somewhere unexpected.
Designing the day
Light maps, location scouting, a timeline built backwards from golden hour. You get a plan quiet enough to disappear into and sturdy enough that nothing gets rushed.
The keeping
A private gallery in four weeks, a hand-bound album in twelve. Archived permanently, so your children can find it long after the hard drives are obsolete.
